외국인등록 안내 Notice on Foreign Registration

 

 

D-2 학생 비자로 한국에 입국한 학생은 한국 입국 후 90일 이내에 반드시 외국인등록을 해야 합니다. 외국인 등록 없이 출국 시 비자가 만료되어 한국 재입국이 불가하오니 반드시 기간 내에 외국인 등록 신청 바랍니다.

[Note] 출입국관리법 제35조:외국인등록 사항 변경 신고 의무

외국인등록 사항이 변경되었을 경우(주소, 여권 정보 등) 반드시 15일 이내에 인천 출입국 사무소에 이를 신고해야합니다. 15일 이내에 신고하지 않을 경우 출입국관리법 제35조 위반으로 과태료가 부과됩니다.

Students who enter Korea on a D-2 student visa must complete foreign registration within 90 days of arrival. Please be aware that if you leave Korea without completing foreign registration, your visa will be invalidated, re-entry Korea wil not be possible. Ensure you apply for foreign registration within 90 days of arrival

[Note] The Act Article 35 : Reporting changes in Foreign registration

Any changes to the details of foreigner registration (such as address or passport) must be reported within 15 days of its occurence. Failure to report changes within 15 days will be condidered a violation of the immigration Act Article 35 and may result in fines.
