Fall Orientation Session for Exchange Students

 Hello, this is International Students Service Team.

 We are delighted to welcome you to Inha University for your upcoming exchange program.

 We understand that studying and living to a new country can be overwhelming, but we are here to support you and

 make your transition as smooth as possible.

 To help you settle in and get started with your exchange program, we have arranged an orientation session 

 for the 2024 Fall semester.

 The orientation session will be held on Aug 29th(Thursday) at 10:00AM at Hyunkyung Hall - please refer the attached file

 During the orientation session, you will have the opportunities to meet other exchange students and 

to learn about the academic policies, insurance, campus facilities, and cultural activities available to you during your stay

at Inha Universiy.

 During the orientation session, you will register to the private insurance plan (required). 

 You need to bring 40,000KRW in cash and if you don't register the insurance,

 you can't get any service from International Students Service Team

 (Student's ID distribution, Alien registration, etc.)

 So, don't forget to bring your cash to register the insurance.

    - Locatoin : Hyunkyung Hall (at Main building)

    - Supplies : 40,000 KRW in cash
